Blueprint Edge Binding System

The edge binder system is used for binding similar large format engineering and architectural documents together for reference or storage. Another popular application is to bind the edges of frequently handled large documents such as drawings, blueprints, & maps to protect them from tearing and wrinkling.

The blueprint edge binder is used with Alvin edge binding tape made of a tear-proof PVC material to protect, organize and color-code valuable documents such as blueprints, charts, and drawings. The tape is sold separate in boxes of 10. The rolls are 1/2" wide by 80 feet long with a core size of 1 3/8". When used together, the edge binder and tape help extend the life of frequently handled papers and group like materials together.
